How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who contacts Fbicard Restoration should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics We Handle
You can write to us about:
- Your experience calling or contacting Fbicard Restoration
- The way your personal information was handled
- Content on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start by raising it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Note that Fbicard Restoration cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Filing Your Complaint
Email contact@fbicard.garden and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if known
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Write
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Afterward, we reply with our findings and any steps we are taking.
If You Still Disagree
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
