About Fbicard Restoration and How Referrals Work

What Fbicard Restoration Is
Fbicard Restoration is a referral service for homeowners in the Salt Lake Valley area. We connect people who have water in the wrong place with independent local providers. That is the whole job. We do not do the restoration work ourselves.
Why This Service Exists
When water gets in, most people have never hired a restoration provider. They do not know what to ask, what the steps are, or how much timing matters. A burst pipe, a failed water heater, a roof leak, a backed-up drain or a flooded basement can leave anyone unsure where to turn. We built this site to fix that. Step by step, we explain what is happening to your home, then point you to someone who can act.
How Matching Works
Send a request and tell us your town, what happened and what is affected. We then connect you with a provider in our network who serves your area.
Availability varies. Some providers can respond quickly. Others have a waiting list after a big storm. Request a callback to check provider availability.
What Happens After You Are Matched
The provider will ask questions about the water and may visit to inspect the damage. Typical steps include finding the source, removing standing water, drying wet materials and cleaning affected areas. The provider will tell you which steps apply to your home and what they expect them to involve.
What We Expect From Providers
Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:
- Explain the plan in plain language
- Give a written estimate before major work
- Document the damage with notes and photos
- Treat your home with care
Providers set their own prices, schedules and methods. They are responsible for their own work, licensing and insurance.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not perform repairs, drying or cleanup.
- We do not set provider prices.
- We do not make insurance decisions.
- We do not promise a specific outcome or arrival time.
Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
How We Are Paid
Providers in our network may pay for referrals. You pay Fbicard Restoration nothing to be connected. Any work is agreed between you and the provider, and you see the estimate before you commit.
Know Your Options
You can talk to a provider and walk away. A conversation is not a contract. Ask questions, compare, and decide at your pace. Typical U.S. costs vary a great deal by job, so always ask for a written quote before you agree to anything.
